Ethics channel

  • The purpose of the Ethics Channel is to ensure that anyone has access to a tool that facilitates the disclosure, even anonymously, of potential infractions or irregularities that may be occurring within the Company. These may include criminal offenses or other violations, breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, or, more broadly, of the Company’s internal regulations and its Criminal Risk Prevention Compliance Model. The aim is to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the information reported.
  • Any third party associated with the Company who has reasonable evidence of any irregularity may report it through this Channel. Employees of Silicius are, in all cases, obligated to report any reasonable evidence of an irregularity.
  • The Ethics Channel is designed, with principles of confidentiality and security, to protect the identity of whistleblowers.
