EPRA’s Best Practices Recommendations (BPR) set a standard in the listed real estate sector in Europe, aiming to promote transparency and comparability in financial information. Similarly, the Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (sBPR) provide a clear and consistent framework for measuring sustainability performance, enabling better evaluation of companies’ ESG initiatives.
