Silicius’ financial report has received the Gold award for the second consecutive year, in an edition marked by more demanding evaluation criteria. Meanwhile, the sustainability report has improved its previous rating, also achieving Gold status.
The EPRA BPR and sBPR guidelines are the benchmark standard for listed real estate companies in Europe. Their aim is to promote clear, consistent, and comparable reporting, enabling more accurate assessment of financial performance and ESG strategy.
These awards reinforce Silicius’ commitment to responsible management, aligned with international best practices and focused on generating long-term value.
