SILICIUS incorporates Lucía Céspedes as new financial manager

La compañía también nombra a María Reigal Merino como nueva responsable de normativa y cumplimiento, a Patricia Perugini como nueva Gerente del Centro Comercial La Fira (Tarragona) y a Diana Ormaza como Property Manager del complejo empresarial Square Garden. Silicius improves de occupancy of its assets in operation by 4% after singing 22 new lease contracts

The SOCIMI has reached an average occupancy of 90% in its assets in operation at the end of the third quarter of 2021. SILICIUS improves its gross income by 34% during the first half of the year to 14.2 million euros

In Like-for-Like terms, the evolution of gross income has been 29% even though the average occupation of operating assets has decreased by 4% during the period. Increases the Gross Asset Value (GAV) by 10.9% during the first six months of the year to 715.1 million euros. Strengthens its portfolio with the acquisition of a newly built 4-star hotel in Menorca.

SILICIUS will start trading on BME Growth on September 23

The Board of BME Growth issues a favorable report for its incorporation. The REIT will start trading with a starting price of €15.40 per share and a valuation of €556 million. SILICIUS’ shares would be traded in BME MTF Equity's BME GROWTH segment with trading code "YSIL". The company’s objective is to give continuity to its Strategic growth and diversification Plan.
