Madrid, January 26, 2023. SILICIUS Real Estate, SOCIMI specialized in the management of long-term properties with stable rents, has completed the commercialization of all commercial premises and apartments of the emblematic Project Los Madrazo, thanks to the signing of two new leases with two prestigious restaurants. One of them is UMIKO, Japanese fusion food firm, which has already opened its doors; and the another is La Cuadra de Salvador, specialized in Peruvian cuisine, that will occupy the space in which the mythical Café Galdós was previously located, and will be characterized by its innovative design and high gastronomic quality.
These last two agreements formalized in Los Madrazo are part of the business strategy of SILICUS, that seeks to enhance the value of its asset’s portfolio through rental contracts with quality tenants, and in these cases, with restaurant business firms of great recognition that will allow to reinforce the wide gastronomic range that the capital already has.
The crown jewel in Los Madrazo is the Pavilion, with its unique architecture takes you to the nineteenth century and is located in the bright interior courtyard of the building, which is accessed through an old carriage passage. This space is currently intended for the realization of different types of events, such as the presentation of Vanesa Martin’s latest album.
It should be noted that Los Madrazo shares location with the well-known triangle of art of Madrid located in the historic Barrio de las Letras; where the commercial, cultural and tourist offer coexists with the diversity of spaces of interest in the area. In addition, the complex has an ambitious residential project which consists of 13 exclusive apartments characterized by their modern and versatile design.
The good acceptance of the project during these last months, added to the great work done during the rehabilitation tasks of the complex have resulted in the complete occupation of the apartments and premises.
