SILICIUS Real Estate, SOCIMI specialized in the management of long-term properties with stable rents, has presented the completion of the first phase of the rehabilitation process of the emblematic project Los Madrazo, a stately building that holds great interest at an architectural, cultural and business level.

The project will culminate when the actions in the houses of number 10 are completed, still pending the rehabilitation works.

The uniqueness of these residential spaces coexists with architectural elements of the nineteenth century that bring beauty and luminosity to the interiors of the building. The FUND FST study has participated in the achievement of this rehabilitation and interior design project.

The residential project has resulted in 13 exclusive apartments that stand out for their spaces and versatility and that comprise between two, three and four bedrooms, as well as a spectacular penthouse with terrace that adds greater splendour to the ambitious project. In turn, it also consists of an elegant façade of classic style finished in exposed brick.

The good reception that the project is having has been noted among future tenants given that all the houses of number 8 have been rented. There are still some flats of number 6 available, which have surfaces of between 150 and 160 sqm distributed in four rooms, hall, living room, library, kitchen, office, distributor, dressing room and between three or four bathrooms.

The completion of this first phase of rehabilitation of Los Madrazo also coincides with the recent debut of SILICIUS in BME Growht.
